We provide patients with a blended approach of techniques to resolve issues. Patients receive one-on-one care with an individualized program to address their goals.
When patients experience pain and tightness, massage and manual therapy are used. To improve functional ability, ROM, strength and flexibility are addressed.
We prescribe exercises for patients to perform as a home program. This may include postural exercises, stretches, stabilization and/or strengthening exercises.
