Physical Therapy
Evaluation
Treatment
Once a prescription from your physician is provided for a physical therapy evaluation, individual evaluations are performed on each patient. After listening to the patients history, and symptoms, the therapist will evaluate tenderness, postural symmetry, fascial restrictions, range of motion (ROM), strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
An individualized plan is established with each patient to address physical limitations and the patient's functional goals. Treatment may include manual therapy and an exercise program.
